The only issues I had was that the sandwich is too tasty And I just couldn't control myself, and ordered one more !“

“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.“

“I've been going here since they opened years ago. I've moved away but still get food from here almost every time I come back to visit (monthly). It's one of the few places that offers endless customizations so I can actually get vegan food on long Island! They even have soy protein!The staff is astonishingly helpful and kind. The last time I ordered, I switched out for soy protein but forgot to remove the bacon when I ordered from the app. They called me immediately before making my order to make sure I wanted bacon in there. Above and beyond my expectations for service.The smoothies are delicious, service is quick and fresh, and they have a ton of options (including plant based protein for smoothies).Always glad to see how well they're doing and that their quality never suffers.“

“My first impression of this place was that it was probably just a knock off of Katz. That was until today when I tried the Abe Sandwich which had almost a pound of pastrami in it. I have to say, the pastrami was very tasty/flavorful, so much so that I have to concede in that the pastrami was about as good as I remember the pastrami at Katz being. It was a pricey sandwich, about $25 so only a few bucks cheaper than Katz but the sandwich actually exceeded what I was expecting for a small hole in the wall shop. I asked for mustard on the sandwich and was happy to see that they put mustard on the sandwich but also on the side in a cup as well. I ordered online so by the time I showed up 20 minutes later, I just had to walk in and grab my food. Woman at the front was very friendly, I'll most definitely be back.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“Solid sandwiches! I was so sad when Village Heros closed down and began my search yet again for that Soul-satisfying sandwich... Roast is in the running! Got the Cubano and the Country Fried Chicken sandwiches - so tasty!! Also enjoyed the house made fries - ordered two for two people but one order would have sufficed. Great portions! The only downside (very slight) would be the Mac and Cheese - not bad but not great. It was the only hiccup during the whole meal. Service was quite friendly and efficient; the seating area was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and, if you have room for dessert, Ralph's is just a couple of steps away (during the warmer days).“

I was so blown away how good they are, I’m glad I found a good hero place here in the islip area where I’m close by to, most good hero spots I have to travel throughout Suffolk county, i highly recommend hometown heroes most especially the Mac Attack or Good Sam hero’s!! The owner was very friendly and accommodating(which is an understatement), they made my order exactly how I wanted it and it was fast.I've passed by this place a few times and I know they're known for their heroes obviously. “Bellmore store is great! The owner, Mitch Cohen is absolutely the most helpful and patient of anyone you could ask to deal with. He spent almost an hour on the phone, helping me navigate ordering on the app which for some reason I was having an ordering problem. Happy one that works there is helpful and the sandwiches are great.“

“Tried Sandwich Express for the first time today. We ordered the Sarge's Pastrami, Sarge's Combo, Matzo Ball Soup, 3-way Brisket Hero and a Turkey Club Panini. All I could say is wow. The meats on the Pastrami, Combo and Brisket 3 Way were unbelievable. They were packed with flavor and tender. I am still thinking about the Pastrami and Brisket. Prices are very reasonable for the area. They only have a table and chairs outside, which can be a drawback, but on a nice day like today-the chairs are perfect.Definitely want to come back to try a few of the other sandwiches that I saw on the signs.“

“Best gluten-free lunch option!The staff is super attentive to a gluten allergy and follow higher than average operating procedures to ensure no cross contamination occurs (changing gloves, using mayo from the bottle vs. the container, etc.). Staff is also very helpful and efficient.“

“It brought back so many great memories going to Blimpies. We used to go there as a kid growing up in the Bronx back in the 70's and 80's. I ordered what I used to order back then- Ham & Cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise with oil and vinegar! Had the same delicious taste as it did growing up. Blimpies is WAY WAY better than Subways.“

“Amazing food, the workers are so friendly. Personal experience I wanted my cookies to be warmed up because I love the nice warm feeling in my mouth and the worker got up with a smile on his face cracking jokes and did it just for me. They give amazing recommendations on vegetables to be put on the sandwich and helped me find a new favorite sandwich. Overall a very nice experience I found in a while.“

“The couple who run this place make it a worth the trip. They are always friendly. We go there as much as possible. You can get your sandwich made to order. They are always a five stars eatery. Out of respect I don't post pictures. During the summer it is on the busy side.“

“I honestly love Jersey Mikes. I am a big supporter of small businesses, don't get me wrong, but sometimes a quick and easy sandwich is just what you need. I always get the super sub on the rosemary parm bread. The staff has always been helpful and kind and I've never have a significant issue with my order. Even with delivery the food is good, but I do live relatively nearby. Now that I'm thinking about it I may need it sooner rather than later.“
