“By far the best vodka grandma slice on Long Island my wife moved to Bayshore from queens and didn’t think LongIsland had good pizza that all changed when I brought her to Mamas now when her family from Queens visits us she takes them to Mamas. “One of the absolute best vegan and vegetarian restaurants on Long Island! I have been trying to go for a long time due to the raving reviews on Facebook and last night was my first chance to try it. Erin the owner was a delight! She constantly checked on us which I appreciated. Next, I want to speak about the food! There was an array of options, which made me want to try everything! I ended up choosing the shrimp roll for an app. It was fried to perfection and had a very similar texture and taste to shrimp. My cousin ordered the scallion pancake which was also delicious. For our entree, I ordered the coconut sticky rice with mango pieces and pineapple boba that floored us! I also ordered the chicken drumsticks and was in love. Finally my cousin ordered the general tso chicken which she enjoyed as well. All this delicious food for only $50 felt like a steal! We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. We also ran into the sweetest couple while there and had wonderful conversations about veganism. 100/10 experience!“

“I am so happy that they expanded their hours. I would always get to Babylon after work around 6 PM and they were always closed. I was happy to catch them. I was one of the last people to get their rainbow cookie Whoopie pie for the day. Definitely my favorite. So good! They should put two small, cute little tables in that alley, so that people can sit and eat their Whoopie pies because at the moment they really isn't an ambience. Overall, very unique and cool spot with delicious Whoopie pies!“

A Charming Town filled with its nestalgic turn of the century buildings, old church that still uses bells to chime in the hour, Old style Mom n Pop Coffee shops and clothing stores. Parking for this restaurant is metered but at just 25¢ per hour at a 2 hour max I felt as though I was still alive in the 1950s. THAT'S A STEAL??I arrived at 1pm on a Friday afternoon day of March 2024, a time that is a lot less crowded to meet a buddy from work over a conversation and a Burger ?. I ordered one of their speciality burgers with American Cheese lettuce tomatoes pickles, Truffle Fries sprinkled with mozzarella cheese, Cole slaw, and a Ginger ale. I said wait a minute THE BURGER IS DELICIOUS and juicy. The Cole slaw needed a little help and tasted a bit dry. The truffle fries were good as well and came with their dipping sauce but instead I just stuck with Old Reliable Ketchup and they went down just as good. This restaurant has a lot more to offer than just my burger experience judging by it's menu variety, I will definitely have to come back for something different next time.There are no deafening absorbing materials on the ceiling that would at least absorb some of the loud patron chatter coming from the other tables. I was seated at the bar and their conversations were so loud at times, I would have to ask my friend repeat what he just said to me. “I had my baby shower at Goldy's Gems in November of 2023 and was absolutely thrilled by the customer service, food and atmosphere. Our guests raved about the food and how their glass was never empty, thanks to the chef, servers/bartenders! It's such a trendy place and gives off awesome vibes. We enjoyed the shower so much, that we wanted to hold our son's Baptism at another one of the restaurant groups locations. We chose to have the event at Post Office cafe and once again they knocked our socks off. We were fans just on an ordinary day, so we just knew the events would be even better and we were right. Melissa, Chris, Chris and our servers/bartender once again were amazing in every way. During our planning we also found out they just had a renovation in our event room that made it look so bright and welcoming. The staff is extremely accommodating, especially on the day of when it comes to decor setup. We were able to bring our decor earlier in the day and then have someone set up about a half hour-hour early so that when our guests arrived all was in its place. The staff at Post Office even offered to assist with some setup as long as it was simple placement. If you are ever in need of an event space, I would highly suggest Post Office Cafe and Goldy's Gems or any restaurant in this restaurant group, you just can't go wrong!“

I pulled the trigger and it was money well spent. I have never tasted anything so tender and perfectly seasoned hood to under carriage. The flavors penetrated throughout the whole duck and flavor profile is.... just good; it works. Order extra baos if you have bigger family. I added 2 sides of baos, but one extra bao order was good for our family of 5. I was not a fan of the ckn and beef dumplings, the addition of corn takes away from it for me. “My wife and I recently hosted a baby shower for our daughter. To say the party was excellent wouldn’t be accurate. It was more than excellent. The food, the service, the staff could not have been better. All of the 55 guests raved about every aspect of the gathering. Many of these guests had never been to Bacaro before but now said they would definitely be coming back. If I had to come up with one negative… I couldn’t. I don't like mushrooms, but whatever they did to cook them dried them out a bit and made them slightly chewy, but in a good way. I enjoyed them. A lot of bamboo shoots. I mixed my rice in and it made it even better.Service:The service was okay. The staff was friendly. Food came out fast and correct, but we had to call someone over for a water refill and for the check. If we didn't we would've been there a while. Otherwise, no issues.Atmosphere:The restaurant was quiet, but kinda boring. There's a lot of space and it looks clean. Its just kinda empty.
