“We came here yesterday for some vegan eats, and it was such a pleasant experience! Our waitress was really helpful! She surprised us with two of the best desserts on the menu! The death by chocolate cake was out of this world! Every bite was rich and chocolatey, and tasted even better paired with a tall glass of cold soy milk! I was impressed by the extent of the vegan menu. Classic Italian dishes gone vegan- without missing the mark. You can't go wrong with the vegan mozzarella sticks or the oyster mushroom calamari. For entrees we had the eggplant rollatini and stuffed shells, both excellent! It was my first time trying cashew ricotta, and I was thoroughly impressed. Oh I have also heard that they serve the best grandma slice around!!!“
“Definitely our favorite spot on Long Island. Just celebrated Valentines Day there. It was their 3rd time doing it and our 3rd time attending. Every time you enter, you're greeted with positivity and I truly appreciate the ability to customize all of the ingredients in your order. Often times, it's hard to find smoothie places that can make drinks without the added sugar (either through juices or purees), but every drink I've had from here has always exceeded my expectations. “I ordered food to go for myself (vegan) and my boyfriend (non vegan).The vegan food was delicious, I ate the vegan tonkatsu and vegan buffalo wings.I saved my sesame hot pot to eat with my boyfriend who also got a soup (braised beef).I had ordered a small (I believe that's the only size the sesame pot comes in), so when I unpacked the food at home, I took the container that was filled less since they weren't labeled.It was the beef soup. I ate an entire piece of beef thinking it was vegan beef until I realized the texture was off. I am disgusted as I haven't eaten cow in 13 years.The food was delicious and the service was lovely. I will go back at some time but please, Veggie Express, label your vegan food especially your soups.“

“The flavors I think were great, ℓℓ really because they had cotton candy & I've never seen cotton candy as froyo in the stores. I got cotton candy, raspberry & strawberry lemonade sorbet which was also really good. The place was clean & they had the normal toppings. It was good.“

I did feel that the food was a bit delayed coming to the table, but I was very hungry, so it probably felt like forever due to that. The atmosphere was very lovely. We were there for about an hour and 15 minutes, and there were limited tables available. It seemed like a popular burger spot.
