Has nothing to do with food from Cuenca, nothing traditional just the tipical Ecuadorian slop they sell on Roosevelt ave. I orederd meat and it was as hard as a rubber tyre and they charged $20 for something that was marked for $13 on the menu...never go back there again, and i recommend you head out to Queens blvd for better Ecuadorian Cuencano food.

The worst thing happened today ever in my life. I always eat out and today I was craving mozzarella stick and they literally gave fried dough and with no cheese.

My mom ordered a ham and cheese sandwich this is what she got & it was $9. We went to to dine it and ended up bringing it home because they took so long just for her sandwich.

Service was nice, the waiters were attentive and nice. I will say this, the food was absolutely bland with no flavor. I’m very confused with what type of food this restaurant tries to focus on. First off, it seems like they try to be a mainly Ecuadorian restaurant, but their menu is incredibly big. They seek cold salads, breakfast food (like ihop), they have greek food, typical American food like burgers and fries and a few other options. With such a big menu it seems like no good actually comes out with the flavor one would expect. Overall, I would not recommend this place, there are plenty of other options such as street vendors that offer much cheaper food with tons of flavor.

Service was bad the waiter spilled the drink and we found a hair on one of the plates. The prices are extremely high for basically reheated food !

I order a lunch special and I received the order and went home. To my surprise I broke the chicken piece to find out it wasn't well cooked

Food is excellent, however you will need to know basic Spanish to order.
