Grouper groupers.The way they make tacos is very thoughtful. They really know what they are doing, the cuts of the pork are on point, they put papalo on the tables and the service is fast. They sell little songs which are also worth it. I wish many Mexican places would learn to make carnitas tacos like at El Lobo. Other Mexican places apparently only know how to boil meat and even so, people unfortunately consume them. Go to Lobo, I assure you that you will not regret it.
