The staff are very nice and friendly. The variety of food was definitely great and the taste itself is good. I had the bandera which is a dish that consists of four typical Ecuadorian food: Guatita, encebollado, seco de pollo and ceviche de camarón. It came with both white and yellow rice which I thought was great because some of those dishes go with white rice and the others need the yellow rice. This restaurant could easily earn 5 stars but what it sorely lacks is a sense of urgency in service. The tables are always empty without cutlery or napkins. You have to be behind the employees asking for the basics. Also the wait for food is 45 minutes or more, and I have seen people leave after a long wait. Today I returned with my family who are visiting me from ECUADOR and we ordered empanadas and humitas to accompany the coffee. They didn't have anything as a breakfast appetizer...read full review

The taste of your food is excellent, the drinks are excellent. The only problem is that from the moment you place the order to be served. At the table it takes almost 1 hour if they improve that would definitely take 5 stars. You know, I returned to your restaurant today as always, the food was delicious and now the service was fast and good, I congratulate you.
