“This is our go-to Chinese restaurant in town. We’ve tried them all many times and keep coming back here. No frills. Nothing fancy. Doesn’t disappoint. Our favorite dishes are the lo mein, the soups, the Mongolian beef, and the chicken dishes. It’s a Chinese take-out. They’re closed on Tuesdays.“

“My fiancé and I had a fantastic time at 140 Kitchen. We were served by Brian (she thinks he said Ryan). Brian was very nice and comforting to speak to. He was a true gentleman and recommended the espresso martini, although I expressed that I don’t like vodka, he was right, I loved it! We were impressed at his hospitality when he told us he picks the flowers for the table. Superb job Brian. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very warm and homey. For Mother’s Day, it was the perfect place for dinner.As for the food, the chef Shawna, really brought it in the kitchen. I personally had the Pulled Pork Panini with the Carolina Gold sauce, and a side salad with the ginger vinaigrette. My fiancé had the Classic Burger with the side salad. And I must say, it was fantastic. That Carolina sauce was delicious and the Ginger Vinaigrette complimented the dish surprisingly well. If you’re looking for a tasty, memorable dinner, look no further than 140 Kitchen.Admittedly, I thought I was bringing her to Gleason’s. I had no idea they relocated and we had a much better experience than we’ve ever had at Gleason’s. Don’t get me wrong Gleason’s is great. But this review isn’t about them.I will be returning to this restaurant soon!“

“We were very pleased with the quality of the food. I had a 'blend' which were Eel Sushi Appetizer. Following with Spicy Eggplant Tofu and Sautéed sting beans with beef. Probably the most authentic Chinese entrees that we've had up around this area. It was nice to enjoy the meal in a quiet atmosphere with very attentive service. We plan on revisiting in the future“

“One of the only places around that is Asian food with a nice atmosphere. The dumplings were especially delicious, and the salad and miso soup were especially good. Then the bento box is always fun. The only negative was that the teriyaki chicken could have a little more char on it.“

“I had the Thai curry noodle soup with chicken and it was awesome! Unlike other noodle soup at other restaurants, their chicken has flavors! it has been marinated, grilled (or fried?) then put in the soup. the broth is rich and delicious, a bit of a kick but not overly powerful. I love the pickled muster greens and crispy fried noodles that gave it a crunch. Overall, I was very happy about it. Will come again to try other stuff.“

“Asian Wave is our go to place. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to make your dining a great experience, The best part for us is seeing James. He is the best part of Asian Wave. He is so attentive and such a gentleman. James pays such close attention to the customers and the customers all love him. We consider James a good friend and will continue to enjoy Asian Wave in the future. Asian Wave is very lucky to have James.“
