“Best Mexican in Mount Kisco and the surrounding area!! Super fresh with quality ingredients and the taste is out of this world. Love their bowls and tacos with shrimp or crispy cauliflower. My kids love their quesadillas and rice and beans. Mexican hot chocolate and desserts are very yummy too. Thanks Juan for bringing your restaurant to the area!“

“This place is now a favorite for me and my in laws. I reserved a table for my sister in law’s birthday. It happens to be across the street from my favorite diner in Mahopac. Now Stonehouse is one of our favorite dinner spots. The staff was incredible. The owner happens to be from the same hometown of my wife’s family and the traditional on their menu food was perfect. The steak, the chicken, and appetizers were incredible as well. Excited to go back.Dietary restrictions: One person in our group has a very hard time finding food she can eat. They made her a special meal that she loved. We appreciate how they were so personable and helpful.“

“LPM is an unassuming lil funky villa style spot most would probably pass on at first glance but you are definitely missing out if you do.This isnt going to blow you away but what it is is really authentic well executed dishes that just have that homemade taste that's hard to replicateTableside guac is always a win...The mixed fajitas were on point with good char and nice flavor the refried beans were really homestyle a delicious, the rice left something to be desired and the tacos were solid.Overall would recommend n will be back again“

“Just completed the 2nd party in 3 months with Joe, Marilyn and Bonita.80 people for Christmas in December and 25 for a small wedding reception. The service provided was great. Marilyn easily pulls off a very active bar, with a great wit and humor. Joe/Jose is a great GM. Helping me develop the food and presentation, both of which were on point.Food options are awesome, buffet or table service. Top rated parties for all occasions.“

“What a joy to find a great food spot along Main street in Brewster. More than just a small restaurant, it's sited between a namesake Mini-Mart to the east and the bakery/cafe on its west flank. This trip I was only in the restaurant but it was more than good enough to warrant repeat visits.... The menu is simple but wonderfully extensive. So many choices and based on our simple lunch, my oh my, we will be back for more. There are Mexican dasayuno platos (breakfast dishes), a slew of tasty looking appetizers, the usual tacos and tamales and tortas, plus full meals that I'll save for dinner when we're back. Today we had tacos. And OH BOY I didn't want to stop. Not only plentiful, but surprisingly tasty, backed up with two or three freshly made salsas, a bit of appropriate heat, but nothing too biting for the feint of heart. Our three-taco lunch had one each of Carne Asada, Al Pastor, and Chorizo. There were at least a half-dozen other options, presumably at least as good as ours. The tacos came with unusually flavorful rice and perfectly seasoned beans. Today was only lunch, no more. Definitely our bad. But we'll make up for that; this is going to be one of our essential foodie stops in the area.“

“Talking about close to home food! This cozy, energetic Guatemala restaurant has two main doors. The main entrance and the bar, but both places are connected. Space for family or large gathering, accessible, light ramp going into the restroom, free street parking available, cash and credit cards accepted. Please be patient since service could be a bit slow, very popular restaurant. Delicious Mix Guatemala season food to dream of. Lots to choose from seafood meat chicken and combination flatters. Mix drinks and straight shots are available, and their homemade Horchata was sweet to the taste with the light cinnamon. This restaurant gets packed quickly at the weekends, so make your plans coordinately.Kid-friendliness: Booster seats available for children accommodations for strollers.Wheelchair accessibility: Is a light ramp going to the restaurant“

“Nice Mexican restaurant with friendly atmosphere. We came on a weeknight and service was just okay considering the restaurant was not busy. Owner or manager and hostess were too deep in conversation to thank us for visiting etc. Not normally a reason I would post about, however it seemed as if they were trying to ignore us.Food was okay but not as authentic as I would have wanted.“

“This was the first time my husband and I have been to this cute cafe. You felt like you were in someone's kitchen it was very cozy First of all I'm not a person that eats Mexican food however my husband loves it. He had the taco burrito combo with rice and beans The portion was generous and he said it was very good. I had my usual quesadilla cheese and chicken. Lots of cheese and chicken the Guacamole was very good We were the first ones in the cafe but within a half and hour it started to fill up If you like Mexican I would recommend giving it a try“

“Tijuana has the best Mexican cuisine in Mount Kisco. All of their ingredients are clearly fresh and everything is made to order! They have the same "chipotle" style set up, but the ingredients are so so SO much better. And if you don't want to make your own, all of their premade menu items are perfection!! You can literally taste the extra care and love that is put into each meal. I have been coming here for YEARS and will not and cannot stop! The owners start making my owner before I even close the door behind me, they're the sweetest people ever. Please give Tijuana a try if you're looking for your new favorite spot for a a burrito, and probably some churros!!“

“It is SO tragic how tough it is to find bomb Mexican food in Westchester! Tamarindos is literally an oasis. I try to make it to dinner here at least once every time I'm back visiting from Los Angeles where I live. Standouts are the mezcalito, guacamole, and the mixed vegetable quesadilla. If I lived closer I'd no doubt be here multiple days a week.“

“Excellent, authentic local Mexican restaurant! I've been coming here for years and am never disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is quick, the food (especially the fajitas) is delicious...what more could you ask for? I typically dine-in here, but I have ordered take-away a few times before and it has been a seamless process, as well. My go-to are either the chicken or the shrimp fajitas. The warm, house-made tortillas are mouth-watering! I also love that it is a small place. With only a few tables, the service is extremely quick and responsive, and it is never too loud in there. They do have a booth that can fit a larger group, and I have seen the staff put several tables together to accommodate a larger group before. Nevertheless, this is perfect for groups between 2-8 people. Street parking is available and easy to snag, and there is also a massive parking lot straight in front of the restaurant (paid unless it's a Sunday, depending on time of day). Highly recommend checking out Azteca if you are looking for authentic Mexican food in town!“

“Best Mexican restaurant in Westchester. We've been there several times and the food is always beautifully prepared and delicious. The chef/owner uses fresh ingredients she purchases that day from the farmer's market, and the dishes are inventive and wonderful. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny.“
“I had lunch with a couple of friends here and we decided to share everything so I got to sample a lot of the menu. The food was overall very good. It's not exactly as "Mexican" as it is billed to be, but lots of good tacos and some inventive things like a shrimp Quesadilla that looked like sushi but tasted good whatever it was! The guacamole is outstanding. The only food item that fell short was the short rib taco. The meat was great, but under-seasoned, even with the spicy au jus that accompanied it. So kinda bland. We did not sample any of the cocktails given that it was lunch, but the cocktail menu looked interesting. However, one of my friends has been there for cocktails and said the margaritas are not very potent. The service was prompt and sweet. The downside of the restaurant is its size. The interior seating is pretty cramped and the chairs and benches are uncomfortable. Go on a nice day and sit outside, it will be much better (but I'm not sure what they do in the winter?). Anyway, we enjoyed it and will go back.“

“We stopped by one afternoon, around 3pm. We were greeted and seated immediately. The ambiance is cozy, clean, lots of traditional Mexican decor. The food is delicious we ordered steak tacos, which came with rice beans and the tacos. They let you chose two types of tacos so we also got a chicken taco. They were so filling. We also ordered the skirt steak puntas and it was spicy! It came with rice beans and fajitas. This was also very filling. We really enjoyed our visit here. We will be back for another round of delicious food!“

“The food in the counter looks ok. I had the Baja chicken tacos, and it tasted good. However, I was still hungry after those 3 tacos. The Tijuana mama burrito was good and I would order that again.I see a few 2 stars reviews, but my experience was ok. I would come back again. This place should be at 3 and 1/2 stars. Hope this helps.Oh yes, skip the coke in the glass, $3.75“
