“It’s often hard for me to pick my favorite things, but not in this case. Friendly staff, very fast service, pleasant atmosphere, great selection. I don’t know how it can be all-you-can-eat but also such high quality and delicious food for such a reasonable price. There’s some kind of sorcery happening here that us mere mortals cannot comprehend. Every person I’ve brought there has felt the same way. Saika is #1!”

“I sat down and they already knew my order so I think I’ve finally become a regular. Sal’s has to be the most underrated place to grab food in all of Western New York. Best wings I’ve ever had, amazing service and super fair pricing. One of the best places to have the Bills or Sabres break your heart. Couldn’t recommend more.”

“I feel compelled to write this review because I've had Chinese
food before but never at this place until yesterday. Hands down the best General Tso's chicken I've ever had ! Most other places give you mostly coating where this had lots of real chicken and was cooked to perfection. The shrimp fried rice had bigger shrimp in it than most places and a lot of it and was very, very good. Also I must comment on the Wonton soup... very flavorful and fresh ... not just 2 wontons in some luke warm chicken broth but 3 big wontons in some real chicken stock with what looked like scallions and some strips of pork too. I'm sure whatever you order from this place will be outstandingly good.”

“We arrived around 11am. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was polite! So refreshing! I asked for a side of Mac Sauce and normally I get scoffed at at other restaurants, but the manager was quick to get it ordered and back to me, and the manager in the back that portioned it out smiled and gave a head nod when I thanked him.”

“We went here for the first time today from Brantford Ontario. Everyone was so nice and the selections are amazing!!! You can pretty much get anything with ice cream you are craving. Anytime we come to Buffalo now in the season, we are going!”

“My niece told me I had to check the place out. She knows her Aunt welbeze! 😆 Seriously, the vibe is so positive it's actually soothing. The acai bowl is as good as the bowls I've had in Cali. The Chai Lattes were as yummy as the omelette. The bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend checking on the tp throughout the day. I went back to work and raved about the place...eats, drinks & staff were awesome! I'll be back!”

“We booked a private event at The Cove recently. The staff working our event was great, they were very attentive with the food and drinks, clearing empty plates and cups from tables, and accommodating any requests we had. The food was delicious and the bartenders took care of my guests quickly, no line at the bar. Janet (The Cove's event coordinator/part owner) was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend a private event at The Cove.”

“Usually hit Ted's up quiet a few times. Well today was the last. The new kiosks coupled with the not so personal staff has capped off me and my family never eating there again. Loved when you ordered with the cook, watched your hot grilled the way you like it (extra dark) to being able to have the employee place more or less of the condiments on your item. Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊”

“OK. So haven't been to Applebee's in like 20 years. Had a gift card so me and the gf went. Honestly really surprised. The steak was delicious. The sides were also really good. We sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome. Played some quick draw. Great atmosphere in there. The drinks were also very good. Nice selection. Guess I've been sleeping on Applebee's. Will definitely be back”

“The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!”

“I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.”

I am a pizza connoisseur and I would definitely recommend the white pizza. Unfortunately I haven't tried any other slices so I can't vouch for anything else”

“I ordered the TexMex... It was huge. I enjoyed it. This was my first time here. 6/21/25 The cheese on top just brings everything together. I like the fact that it's very appealing to the eyes nice and colorful. The meat was nice and tender the shrimp was savory and not overcooked.”

“Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

The other manager seems to be rude to his employees and he got mad at my friend giving me a free drink like comon you a billion dollar company and you don’t gotta be like that just so rude and unprofessional act like the cup gonna come out your paycheck watch God and Karma get you buddy & whoever else who on that type of negative thinking. Give out to the community, treat people with kindness. Food is well made. Sometimes they take soooo long for no reason…. One worker Burt workers more than 4 workers! And he doing a long shift by himself!!!!! Get like him”

“I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande meal. I have never had the Nachos this good. It had melted cheese instead of shredded cheese. This made the refried beans warm and instead of having a plate of nachos chips left, there was plenty of everything on all the chips. If Alicia the manager, can improve this dish, then I’m sure all will better in the future!”
