“Our company orders takeout from here about once a month and we never have an issue, even when we order individual entrees and combo meals for our entire department of about 20 people. The food is good and the staff take great care to make sure the orders are correct. The woman who runs the line is sweet and her helpers work together seamlessly.“

“This was my first time at Ted's. I brought 9 of my family members as well. The staff was great. Fast and attentive with our order. I couldn't have asked for better. The food was fantastic! My grandchildren loved the burgers and fries made just the way they like them. The adults in the group loved the burgets as well and raved about the hotdogs. I encourage everyone to make a visit. “Took my family here for late night ice cream. Ordered up and my oldest daughter drops her ice cream two minutes after getting it . “First time there for me while staying in the Frewsburg area. I've been accustomed to amazing Texas Hot places in the Olean(Hastas) & Wellsville(Texas Hots) area. Hard to improve on this unique food trend but sadly it's starting to become a thing of yesteryear. Buffalo area has 'Teds' and Jamestown has Lucky's!!! The malted shakes were great & the dogs with Texas Hot sauce were quite good. I'd say the sauce was milder in comparison but I'll return to this place again!!! I think it would be great if the food didn't come wrapped in food grade paper to the customer as the texas sauce gets stuck all over the paper wrapper but that it should come out to the customer in paper hotdog dishes & a paper cup for the fries that didn't let the vinegar soak thru it. Yep, some of us enjoy vinegar on our fries!“
“Saturday 8/12/23 just before the first preseason Bills game we stopped here for some food. Our server was the most amazing person in the world! I wish I knew her name so I could give her the much deserved recognition. Food was delicious and we most definitely will be stopping back before each game we attended. “Tried Seneca Texas Hots for the first time and it was outstanding! The Texas hot sauce is the absolute best I’ve tried in the area. Fresh, hot, excellent flavor. Tried pretty much every other in the area and they don’t hold a candle. Highly recommend!“

“Great burger. Load it up and just order a small fry. Ask for extra bacon no upcharge if you get the bacon cheese burger. The peanuts before are one of my favorite things. It's a bit pricey but way better than your typical chain burger joint. Cajun fries are what I like. Don't forget a pop they have a machine that does various flavors added to your favorite soft drinks. Enjoy!“
“I had Zorbas for the first time recently and loved it. Next time we order out I’ll be getting food from Zorbas instead of the fast food chain garbage that’s the same price anyway. The food was delicious, the staff were courteous, and we didn’t wait long at all. Writing this review is making me want a burger with some Zorbas sauce now!“
