Saika Sushi Reviews
My son brought me to this restaurant for the first time and I was delighted everything very tasty the attentive and very friendly staff I give him 5 stars. I’ll be back for sure
Saika Sushi - 1 Star
The food was exceptionally poor, and the staff’s unprofessional behavior made the experience even worse. Service was dismissive, and their attitude toward children was especially troubling. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or anyone expecting decent service or food.

It’s often hard for me to pick my favorite things, but not in this case. Friendly staff, very fast service, pleasant atmosphere, great selection. I don’t know how it can be all-you-can-eat but also such high quality and delicious food for such a reasonable price. There’s some kind of sorcery happening here that us mere mortals cannot comprehend. Every person I’ve brought there has felt the same way. Saika is #1!

Saika Sushi offers a variety of delicious sushi rolls, including favorites like the Monkey roll, Volcano roll, and Dynamite roll. The restaurant provides attentive service and a pleasant dining experience, with multiple servers available to assist guests. Many reviews highlight the excellent service, especially when served by staff who have been there longer, although newer staff may not always provide the same level of attentiveness. The food is made fresh and brought out to the table as ordered, creating a feel similar to an all-you-can-eat experience that is not buffet-style. Customers highly recommend dishes like the crab Rangoon's and coral roll, while some mention that the ocean roll may have too much cucumber. The miso soup has been noted to be a bit watery. Saika Sushi is praised as the best sushi place in western New York, offering a good balance of quality and value at $17 for the all-you-can-eat option, which includes sushi, sashimi, tempura, and nigiri. The menu also features other options such as fried rice, hibachi steak, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and lo mein. The restaurant is kid-friendly with high seats and finger foods, wheelchair accessible with no stairs in the plaza, and conveniently located in a strip mall with ample free parking.
