Gone down hill ever since Burger King took over the franchise. Quick coffee or bagel they're good, but everything else is turning too far to the fast food side. They give up quality for speed. Just ask for your bagel to be extra toasted, comes out in seconds, black on one side and raw on the other.. we still grab a cup of joe once a week.. just wish they step up the other parts of the business, like it once was..
