“I had a mobile order around 12pm today and when I went to the drive thru, I spoke with what I thought was an AI voice because she sounded so sweet and nice. I really thought I was getting played. I couldn't quite see her name but I hope she has an amazing day! The order was also correct and made well. The team here is usually pretty good as well.“
“I came here and lobby was closed due to not enough employees there was only 2 people doing the best they can and was doing a really good job with only 2 people drive thru was moving really fast alot of people got mad because lobby was closed but some understood keep up the good work.“

“An extremely welcoming atmosphere with amazing food. First time I arrived, me and three of my friends were given free samples. Food was so good I ordered what we were given for free samples (Chicken over Rice).Owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. You can tell this restaurant takes hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. If anyone is looking for a spot for quick eats in the Syracuse area, be sure to give this spot a try.“
“Always a good choice. They do breakfast and lunch. Servers are very friendly. It has a small town-like atmosphere as a lot of regulars go here. The food is fantastic. There is sometimes a wait around 11 or so for a table but usually there are a few counter spots open. Check them out“
“Went in hungry and loved everything I had. Got the pretzels, chicken tenders, and the Philly cheese steak. The pretzels were just perfect and the chicken tenders were as good as the bartender said they would be. The Philly cheese steak was wonderful and was just enough to fill me up. Will have to go back for the 10 dollar Wednesday burgers.“
“This place was absolutely fun! The workers were awesome! And even tho I wasn't really hungry, I did have their french fries and they were delicious! And I got to play Ms Pacman! I hadn't played that arcade game in over 40 years! “Every time I've been here, it's been Eh.What you're paying for vs. what you're getting does not match.The portions are small and quality is just OK. I could see getting the same meal the Pastabilities and getting double the portion for a few dollars less. Also, dining experience and level of menu knowledge at other restaurants in the area is much higher elsewhere - for the price you're paying. I want to love it, honestly.Reservations: Getting a reservation would be made a lot easier if they would open up an online option - it's a hassle to have to wait to speak with a human.Experience: We went at 5pm on a Saturday night. My sister and I both ordered salad entrees that were about $26. Mine came on a side bowl/plate and was an extremely small portion. We both ordered salmon and each piece of salmon was a different color. Mine was white/very light pink and my sisters was very pink and fresh looking. I almost mistook mine for chicken before cutting into it. Not the end of the world as I understand appearance can vary from fish to fish - just seemed a little 'fishy' (off).Service was OK - nothing to shake a stick at. Basic and nothing over the top.Ambiance was eh. There appeared to be Top 40's playing the entire time we were there, which was odd being it was a Saturday night.Overall, just Ok. I had a gift card that I actually forgot for this visit (gah!) so will probably just give it away or order take-out.“
