This store is ridiculous! I’ve tried coming here several times both as a customer and working for DoorDash and GrubHub trying to pick up delivery orders. They have the lobby closed at all times and they have you go through their drive thru even to pick up deliveries. I have waited no less than ten mins just ru rein them I’m there for a delivery then they tell me to pull ahead and I am then stuck waiting another ten to fifteen mins. Horrible service, order wrong, took almost an hour. I ordered and paid ahead online to save time, arrived and waited in the stall for 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time. No response to help button in stall even though there were no other customers. Pulled up to drive through and explained the situation and was told to pull forward without them asking my name or order info then continued waiting for another 15 minutes then was given only half of my order, the rest was not...read full review
