If I could rate 0 I would.Don’t waste your time.I placed an online order as I’m in a rush for a work related trip.I pull up at the time needed for pickup.I sit there for almost 10 minutes and nothing.Walk up to the door and it’s “Lobby is closed”Lobby is a mess to begin with so I see why, full of junk.So I go to the drive thru window and don’t see a soul in there. Lights are on but nothing.I ended up leaving and going elsewhere.Not only do I now need to dispute a charge on my card but I had to waste 20+ minutes waiting.I should of read the reviews.

This store is ridiculous! I’ve tried coming here several times both as a customer and working for DoorDash and GrubHub trying to pick up delivery orders. They have the lobby closed at all times and they have you go through their drive thru even to pick up deliveries. I have waited no less than ten mins just ru rein them I’m there for a delivery then they tell me to pull ahead and I am then stuck waiting another ten to fifteen mins. The staff says it’s not their fault they’re the only ones working and they have lots of online orders. They shouldn’t be doing online orders if they can’t get them out quickly. This is the WORST Sonic I’ve ever been to and the WORST restaurant to try to do deliveries from. This place needs new management and to hire some people or they need to close. This is sad too because I’m from the south and loved all the Sonic’s down there and was excited to have one open in Syracuse when it opened and it’s quickly turned into a dumpster fire of a Sonic. They even gave a giant pothole the second you turn into the property that will mess your car up if you’re not careful! I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but someone needs to see this and make some serious changes at this dump! It’s saying a lot that I think this is the worst restaurant in Syracuse because there are some real bad places around here but this one by far takes the cake’. Save yourself an hour and lots of frustration and pass this Sonic!

Horrible service, order wrong, took almost an hour. I ordered and paid ahead online to save time, arrived and waited in the stall for 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time. No response to help button in stall even though there were no other customers. Pulled up to drive through and explained the situation and was told to pull forward without them asking my name or order info then continued waiting for another 15 minutes then was given only half of my order, the rest was not food we ordered. Was told they didn’t see my order when i said it was wrong, even though half of it was right. We showed them receipt and they didn’t say a word and closed the window. Continued waiting another 15 minutes while they remade order. Wasted 45 of my time for 2 milkshakes, chicken, and fries. Workers were not friendly during this entire exchange and did not apologize.

Always used to rave about Sonic and their burgers. Went to take the family there for dinner, lobby closed. Ok. Went to drive-thru, was told "I'll be right with you, no one else in line. Ten minutes later, still no response. We drive off and go to a place down the street. Truly disappointing and unfortunate that Sonic has lost what it used to be.

On a road trip and my first time trying to attempt to have sonic, I waited 20 minutes at the driver thru ( no cars ahead of me) for the lady at the drive thru speaker to be extremely rude. She ignored us every time we tried and ask how much longer for us to order because his said she’s busy. Then when we were trying to order, she was extremely rude. We proceeded to drive off because I do not want to give a dollar to this sonic when customers get treated like this. This was on march 9th, 2024 at 4 pm

Business looks like it’s abandon and should be closed down. Employees can’t even answer the speaker to order. Dining service doesn’t exist. The fact that it has gotten this bad just shows the owner has no respect for the sonic brand. Ended up spending no money because no one could take an order and cars were just sitting there. Owner should be fired and all the employees too.

Literally waited for 30 mins at the drive-thru speaker, with out a single order being taken. Only response when we kept asking what is going on was “we will be with you in a minute” finally me along with at least ten other cars just gave up and left.
