I order Jim’s pretty regularly 2 nights ago I placed an order I felt was wrong. I had ordered extras steak and extra provolone. When I got the steak subs they looked pretty thin for being extras. I called in and got JamieAnne the shift manager. She is AMAZING by the way. She listened to my issues.
