Jim's is good but not great. I like them mostly out of convenience, because they're open later than most places in the area, their food is pretty good, they have a drive through, and they make the food fairly quickly.
Super friendly service, great food, and the dining area was kept very clean. When there was a lull in customers, we saw cashiers using that time to clean the dining area - wish we saw that more often at other establishments!

Food was good.Nor rating atmosphere as it was late and closing so it would not be accurate.As an out of towner I found it a little difficult to understand different types of subs... when we asked the employee said "it is like a normal steak sub" - but every area has a different normal! Is it a piece of steak? Is it steak bites? Is it shaved steak?
