Had to order from a dirty tablet. Finally get my $20 burger and fries. Both cold and the burger doesn’t have the toppings I ordered. Asked for a refund so I can get going to my flight, manager refunds only $12.99 of the almost $20 charge for burger and fries so I will have to call back or eat the $7 for the displeasure of visiting. Not that I would necessarily take the whole gratuity back, but I was also still charged full gratuity on a service I didn’t receive. They didn’t ask (of course). 10/10 would not visit again.

Horrible. Within the "custom burger"menu my Burger delivered 25 minutes after the order was burnt, waited patiently for my daughter's grilled cheese sandwich after 35 minutes from the order. Waitress requested cook for grilled cheese sandwich 3 times but it still was not done. I bumped into a manager that was there who requested the cook and it was served 10 minutes after. Upon delivery, The "grilled" cheese was not grilled. It was toasted white. No butter on the white bread. It was not worth getting the food after 45 minutes and it was not even that busy. The cook had issues I don't know of, but he definitely didn't care of the waitress' reminders when she called out for the "grilled cheese" on the 3 times that I heard and paid attention to. It's not worth the wait, because food was not good, and the person that cooked your food was not professional. Any fast food would be worth it in comparison.

I see 25 people got refunded their money on outrageous beer prices. Wonder why I wasn't one of those 25. Guessing there are a lot more than that. I thought it was crazy to pay 23.35 for one beer. Turns out I was right.

Beer: $15-30 EACH! I was here about a month ago and was just totally blown away at how flagrantly this business tries to take advantage of their customers. There is no reason a Goose Island IPA should cost more than $25 DOLLARS. And they're adding on a 10% across the board COVID fee? And they expect me to tip 20% of course. And there's the tax and stuff. SO it's a $25 beer + ~40% more in taxes, fees and tips. That's, all in, $35 for a draft American beer, folks. When businesses are just so intent on ripping off their customers it makes me livid. The best advice is to just walk on by. Because you can't afford to drink here. AND WHY SHOULD YOU??

Ordered a glass of wine and fries.iPad ordering system was fine, not sure why everyone else who reviewed is so hung up on it. Couldn't get the card to swipe and my waitress was over immediately. No other issues. She helped me quickly and the food was soon after.Fries were super fresh, yeah it's a little expensive but it's airport food.Great service from our waitress!

They were out of most the beers in the menu. Also the ipad ordering system is a mess and the waiting time is terrible for a airport restaurant. More than 30 minutes justo for a slice of pepperoni pizza, horrible.

The bartenders Make your trip. I've been stuck in the airport with delays a kazillion times and once I hit here I get zen. Love Kirby Pierre and Tenzin! Not caring about food choice or whatever. This is a happy place where people care about you

My GrandsonWas on a school activity on April 5, 2022. They stop for a fast meal; it was in the evening they were still open. When my grandson order they were asking for donations for Ukraine, so he did. But the person cooking that night refused to make what my grandson order. They refunded the $31.00. They still charged him taxes and $7.00 Gratuity, that was not refunded. He did ask about it, they told him it will be refunded in 48 hours, But nothing. He is a young teenager; they took advantage of that.Anyway, they gave him a receipt but no phone number on it.Please check your receipt before you leave the restaurant, it doesn't matter if you are in a hurry.
I ordered a pizza the kiosk took the order I waited 30 min I asked the bartender where's my food she said I didn't place no order and the food is closed. I come home three days later look at my account and I was surely charged for the food I didn't receive.

Nice selection of beers on tap, mixed drinks and wine. The service was fast, and very helpful too.I had a sandwich and a beer between flights. Burger with avocado - messy, and tasty.It is rare that I go through an airport and find beers I have not sampled before. However the selection was large enough that I did find a Greenport Harbor Port - Black Duck, and enjoyed sipping on it while waiting for my flight.Sitting at the small tables, another passenger commented the food was very good too.Prices are higher, NY and an airport - what do you expect? All in all, I would do it again.
