On 03/29/2024 at 16:28:18The guy that took care of us was nasty, he did not pay attention , he was not listening to us , he pack the cake with out writing in it even though we had ask to please do it. We felt that he was rushing us out. When we call for his attention he responded by saying that we don’t speak loud enough. What a bad service . We ask if the have sherbet and he responded by correct us the pronunciation . Did not offer us if we wanted to buy it. Very bad service.

Loved my experience at this carvel I came in today with my kids and they decorated this carvel for Halloween and the young man working behind the counter dropped a spider on them that was hanging on the ceiling and they were laughing about it and had a lot of fun overall definitely coming back this month again

I walked into the store about 30 minutes before they were going to close, and asked for a Mint Chocolate Chip Dasher. The guy who worked there told me they were out of that flavor. I looked in the case, saw the tub, and asked the guy, "isn't that mint chocolate chip?" He just repeated himself that they were out of the flavor until tomorrow. I asked him again if that was the flavor I wanted, staring at ice cream in the tub, and again he said they were out. He refused to acknowledge that they were indeed NOT out of the flavor, even after we went 15 rounds back and forth of me pointing to the tub with ice cream still left inside it. At some point he just removed the tub from the case and took it with him. I've never been so gas lit in a real life situation, I thought I was being filmed for some sick TV gag... I just left, assuming the guy had lost his mind or just didn't want to work so close to the end of his shift. Obviously I'll never be back to that location, and I recommend nobody else even tries if you don't want to fight for an ice cream sundae, especially not when there's a Baskin Robin's 2 minutes down the street...

Always fresh ice cream. The young staff at the 31st in Jackson Heights location is super friendly and kind. I was there 3 minutes before closing time and they treated us very well, no rushing, no long faces, 5 ✨

This place is dirty !!! To top it off bad costumer service! The guy and girl there prepare watery milkshakes and Sundays half full of syrup! When I complained the girl had the nerve to talk back like a little street cat. Super rude with an attitude. Please do not!!! Come to this carvel. I’m writing this review from the parking lot august 4th 6:37pm. Whomever is in charge please take action now!!!

But hold up, the real MVP was this super chill girl who was working there. She had the friendliest vibe, like instant BFF status. It's all about that next-level service, you know? If you're down for some mind-blowing ice cream served up with major friendly vibes, this spot is the ultimate move. Trust me, it's hella lit

The quality of Carmel is not the same anymore. It's not like the one white song clean pew Convert high school and he is so damn expensive it's ridiculous and then they expect a tip know that the restaurant tip.
