Turrible, just terrible. Reason why there’s 0 line compared to the places next door.

Felt like frozen beef patties heated up on a grill. Someone said cafeteria burgers and that is a good representation. Service is extremely slow. There was a guy next to me when I sat down at the bar who had been waiting 20 minutes for his beer that he already paid for. I went to order an 16oz IPA on draft and they wanted $15 for it. That’s insane. Got up and walked away. Find somewhere else to eat at.

Nice upscale restaurant in the middle of the airport. Easy to order from the tablet. Food was a good quality and was brought out quickly.

The food was average at best, even for airport food, but the young man who helped us was absolutely wonderful.

Annoying self ordering on table screen, minimal service, automatic 20% tip. Never again.

I ordered a Chicago Dog. I don’t know what this monstrosity is that I received, but I can tell you (as someone who was born and raised in Chicago) that this was absolutely, positively, with 100% certainty, NOT a Chicago Dog. Tomato relish? Pickle chips? Red onions?!? Slathered with mustard across the very top? On a plain, top split bun, grilled and without poppy seeds? No celery salt??The only ingredient that was correct was the mustard (which should go directly on the dog, not on the top of the mountain of incorrect ingredients).Abe “Fluky” Drexler is spinning in his grave. Please tell me this wasn’t intentional. Please tell me this was a valiant attempt by a new employee trainee on their first day who was left unsupervised to figure out how to make a Chicago Dog on their own. If this is what you actually serve all day, every day, consider changing the name to something else. Maybe something like “LaGuardia Dog” can take off.Maybe it’s my fault for trying to buy a Chicago Dog at a burger joint in a New York airport … No. No, it’s not my fault. I’ve had Chicago Dogs all over the country. There’s no reason you can’t make them correctly. But if you can’t, please change the name! Save other Chicagoans the pain. And allow Abe to rest in peace. The tater tots were phenomenal.Vegetarian options: The tater tots are phenomenal.

4 different people waiting for over half an hour for their orders and the staff seemed to not even realize it until the manager (?) came back. They didn't even notice that they had a whole line of orders. What were they doing?

Was excited when I saw Pat LaFrieda but they took 25 minutes to make my burger and it was ice cold. I don’t even know how that’s possible—did they make it and then just leave it there for 10 minutes before expediting it?

This is not about the food, but the stupidity of this restaurant and every other one in LaGuardia airport to rely on technology. The QR code on one side of the table was a different restaurant for me and my wife. The interaction on iOS is terrible. Ordering is a ten minute process and Then having to wait another ten for the beer to show. What a terrible customer service experience. PLEASE Go back to the days when you can use the bartender to order a beer and get it immediately!!!!!!!

This "burger" left me with the worst food poisoning of my life and $18 poorer. The "meal" I consumed was the most sorry, flavorless, soggy, seasoningless excuse for a "burger" that I have ever tasted. I would rather eat Mcdonald's for the rest of my life than consume this "burger" again. At least at Mcdonald's it doesn't take them 30 minutes to slap together a frozen patty and bread.DO NOT eat from this restaurant if you have a connecting flight, I promise you the burger will end up in the airplane toilet. Cheers!

Minimal human contact. Customers scan a QR code, order and pay via an app, pick up the item. The cheeseburger was pricey, but good. If you want human contact, go to the dine in area and a server will attend to you.

Average food for the price of a 30 minute wait. One employee on the grill with over 15 orders in queue. Don’t miss your flight for this.

I had the vegan Impossible Burger. While it tasted good, it was very expensive, it was small, and it did not even come with fries! For a $16.06 burger (with taxes), I was expecting fries and a fuller burger. And why is a plant-based patty more expensive than meat? Ridiculously pricy.Vegetarian options: I had the Impossible vegan burger.

I am going to preface this by saying I was extremely hungry, but I gotta say: unlike these other responses, my burger was amazing. Fries were a bit bland and could have used more salt. The bun on the burger was also pretty pathetic. Overall, I waited maybe about 15-20 minutes and it cost me ~$14.

Ordering was quick. The line to pay had 2 cashiers for all of the food court restaurants. The burger was raw in the middle. Basically terrible. Tots were ok. The terminal clearly has some issues to work out. I would give it higher but the burger wasn’t edible and I didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed
