I had a sausage roll for lunch in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. The food was cold inside. They didn't heat it up right. Finished my lunch and went to use the bathroom. When I came out, an employee said to me that the bathroom is only for customers. I felt insulted. I told him that I just finished eating there. They are a bunch of teenagers working there.Parking: Big parking lot for patrons that shop and eat the restaurants in that little shopping center

Pizza is good specialy the Nona's pizza. Regular slices are to salty. I ask the lady who took care of me if they have coffee she replays 'Let me see' and then she gave me a regular coffee which was less than warm. When I mentioned to her the coffee was called, she reply to me " Well this coffee was made at 10 am and is 12pm", with a big attitude. She was rude and unprofessional. Afterwards with more attitude she said 'You know what, I give you your money back. I said I don't care about the money and I don't need your attitude. She embarrassed me in front of clients. The cashier was backing her up saying 'That's what happened when you add cold milk to a coffee. A third one throw my coffee money on the table. I agreed with another comment the the staff is making this place to look bad. Is a big NOT GOING BACK. AND THIS GIRLS NEED MORE THAN TRAINING.NOT TO MENTION THIS OLACE HAS A GRADE PENDING. DON'T GO THERE.

After today, never again dining in. The service at this place is terrible, ordering a small personal pizza should only take about 10 mins if not less. There is no reason a pizza should take 40 mins, it was cold and rushed to the point that it wasn't fully cut. Once we spoke about it she went to check and realized she didn't even order it for us.If I could I would give service 0 stars. The food is good but gets ruined over rude faces.

great place and all, but it happens**, i placed a order and they got 1 pie order wrong and both pie.s looked like they had no extra sauce on it as i asked, receptionist was a bit of work - EVEN THOUGH I WAS WILLING TO PROVIDE PICTURES TO PROVE IT****, matters to resolve took time as it was mentioned as to me to drive back for corrected food and suggested it - which why should i for their mistake***, as well when i asked for extra sauce i wanted it on the side instead of on because they mentioned they added it - to which i believe they didnt***. receptionist gave me bit of a hassle bit i was willing to back my story pictures, food and all****in the end they replaced the wrong pie amd added some cups of extra saucePLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDERS , ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE - PROOF IS HERE

Absolutely loved this place. Was recommended here by a friend who lives in NY. I was visiting from Cincinnati, and wanted some authentic NY pizza... The food was great, the service was spectacular. Highly recommended... Tried their Classic, Sicilian and Deep Dish, all were great!!! Exceeded my expectations. I was expecting good, but got GREAT!!!

Their pizzas are the best in Queens. My personal favorite is the balsamic chicken. Unlike other pizzerias, you see where your money is going. You gotta try their catering service dishes are great just order a day or two in advance. Their fried calamari is nice and crispy and veal parmesan is seasoned justa right.
