Horrible. I needed a quick snack so I ordered the hummus. How can you mess that up? You can mess it up by serving it with pita bread that was heated probably the previous week so it was hard as a rock and the whole was served on a refrigerated plate. The hummus itself was below average supermarket grade. My Diet Coke arrived when I was halfway through eating, and was flat. Yuck. Go elsewhere for a crappy $25 snack

Was waiting for a connecting flight, and this seemed to be my only option for lunch. I ordered the Club Sandwich which was ok. What got me was they automatically add in a tip, because you have to order via a app. Glad I noticed this before leaving what I thought was a earned tip. Well My service was not worth the tip they charged me.

Wish I had read the reviews before choosing to attempt a meal here.Terrible service. Have to do it yourself or stalk the servers to catch their eye or hear you call.After 40 min wait, my veggie burger was literally still COLD! SMH. I had to flag someone down again and they redid it but it was still cool and pretty awful.Bottom line - you are better off with a bag of chips at the Hudson gift shop….

Worst place on the planet to eat. Takes forever, if you even get your food, wait staff does not care one iota about you or your business. There is also no rhyme or reason on when they start/bring your food. Most beers featured they don’t have. 2 trips…. 1 I never even got my food while others arriving after me ate and left. Had to get a refund which took nearly 2 weeks. 2 same thing but after complaining and nearly 40 minutes I got my $30 fair hamburger. Don’t waste your time. Grab some chips…you’ll be happier with more money in your pocket.

I didn’t enjoy my food at all. My chicken sandwich was unseasoned, coleslaw had too much vinegar, the staff was overworked, and the app didn’t have enough characters for my meal alterations. Submitted a complaint via the receipt link with no response.Please save your money and time.

For an airport eatery, I have always been impressed with the teamwork everyone demonstrates. Always served with a smile. I love when I can enjoy the steak and eggs. Quality food served with outstanding service. Nice discount for airport employees. Thank you

While stuck for 20 hours on an unexpected delay at LaGuardia Airport we went to Terminal D in hopes to find some better food. There’s not much to choose from here. This place was decent as far as being a “restaurant” that you could sit inside of and not feel like you were in a bullpen and on a stool. The staff was friendly and I understand that this is “airport service” but the whole “table ordering” on the table is just so impersonal and gross to me. Touching the screen… having to go through all of the motions of having to order your food is just such a chore. I want to have someone take my order and wait on me at a restaurant that I am paying big money for the food and SERVICE and TIP, not to have to do it myself. With that said, the $25 cheeseburger and fries I ordered was unexpecedly decent. Had a decent flavor and cooked actually medium the way that I ordered it. Overpriced for a burger and fries and for having to order it myself and getting it just dropped off, but at least it was a decent tasting meal in a clean and comfortable restaurant with a pleasant staff. Our other meals at the airport weren’t as good. So all in all, this place isn’t a bad option.

I have made a $70 breakfast order, which half of it never arrived. I have requested for a refund which until now I didn’t receive. Will never go back, and stay away.

Terrible experience! Dont get the Chicken app and sweet potato! First we had to wait 30 min for the sweet potato fries (30 min to fry?) then it was terrible soaked in oil for $10 is not worth it, just eat the reg ? .The server gave us the 3 orders we got and never told us that the rest of the food will be right out. I asked after 15 min , gave her time to see if either she forgot or still making them when i asked she said she just put them in! Smfh! And her response was soo rude “ i know..! i bring them out! (Cant believe it) . And our beverages was forgotten. Just please dont eat here save your money and eat somewhere else. Is not worth of the money you’ll pay for the entrées that is not good ?.

I never leave reviews but feel obligated to inform others what this restaurant is. I had to seat myself. The iPad menu was out of battery, when I asked for a regular menu they simply said they don't have one. I had to go get my own water, literally poured it myself. I grabbed ketchup from the bar for my fries. Basically there is NO service. At all. My sandwich had a really weird fishy taste to it. It was disgusting and I was gagging. Id recommend saving the $50 and just getting a to-go sandwich nextdoor. I feel violated for even coming into this restaurant it's so bad lol.

The food options in terminal D at Laguardia leave much to be desired. I stopped in for a light lunch before my flight and didn't enjoy my food at all. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and salad. I only took a few bites of the sandwich. The salad was decent.

If you’re reading this you’re a captive audience and have little choice because you’re on Concourse D at LaGuardia Airport. Horrible service. Luke warm coffee. Highway robbery prices. Oh and also really poor music mix. Other than these relative positives, very bad.
