It's an airport. Nobody goes to an airport for fun, but for what it's worth, it's a pretty nice one! They've done a bunch of renovations recently, and it looks great. Apparently not all of it has been renovated yet, but the part I was in was done being renovated and it was great. Only downside is the airport is huge so it takes forever to get around, but what else could you expect from an airport in New York City? There were plenty of people and signs to help me get around through.

This airport has improved over the years. It used to be slightly smelly and outdated, but I'm surprised how comfortable it is nowadays. It's not luxury for sure, and ordering food on the tablets (pandemic style) doesn't always work, but it's clean and spacious. I like to come here when JFK flights are a tad more expensive and I'm satisfied with seating and staff, but I just wish the layout and design were more beautiful and full of art. I cant speak to the whole airport but Terminal B is wonderful. Quick security, good layout and space for check in. The waiting area is great with plenty of options to eat, comfortable couches, free wifi, easy to locate plugs to charge, clean bathrooms and an amazing water show. I also like the multiple screens with gate information. Pretty cool way to display it as well with the icons, estimates walk time and suggestions to relax or go to gate.
