I was very pleased with the customer service during my recent visit.I placed a Grab order (which is a great app) but their Grab machine was not working. Diana at the register didn't miss a beat. She processed my order manually in a matter of seconds AND she was extremely pleasant & professional.The rest of the team working with her were great too!Thanks for making my Wendy's and Grab experience a positive one!
I stopped here before my flight and the service was prompt. Everyone was friendly. The kiosks are slow but no line. Ketchup in the bag. Food is good and hot. Hits the spot. I will stop here again
