I am a very very picky eater for American Chinese and I will say that this place is the best buffet you will get in the capital region. I have tried all the Chinese food and buffets in Albany Troy etc and they ALL SUCK. But this one I give it a 4 for several reason. 1.) the food is a good balance of sweet and savory and if you have a heightened taste like me you will taste a LOT of sugar. The food was nice and hot, not to mention very yummy. It's been a long time since I had good chinines. The staff was so nice and on top of clearing the table. 10/10 if in the area will go again.

I was there today for takeout. I ordered shrimp with lobster, wonton and egg drop soup, roast pork fried rice and egg rolls. The food was delish and I can't wait to go to the buffet.
