Ordered a cheeseburger sub. It was edible thats about it. The burgers in the sub were wayyy overcooked hockey pucks and the tomatoes tasted like chemicals owner was really nice ? service was good ?

We always order pizza and wings from Crust. Our church also always uses them. Last night we decided to eat in and the dining room was freezing. When we arrived the gentleman told us it was freezing in there and it could only be turned up by the owner. An older couple came in and sat there with their coats and hats on. I guess we won’t eat in if you can’t turn the heat on! Very disappointed!

Crust did an absolutely amazing job with our large catering order for my husband’s 40th birthday. Between the ordering process, working through what we needed, the Owner having phenomenal suggestions for us, and the smooth and timely delivery, we couldn’t be any happier. Our guests were very complimentary of all the food and the sub bread was so fresh - even the next day! Thank you to everyone at Crust for making our party fantastic!
Pizza was very good. We enjoyed the pepperoni and mushroom topping on half of the pizza and the other half with plain cheese is good, also. We've ordered from them a couple times and will order again. They also offer $1 wings with the purchase of a large pizza. I had wondered if the wings would be smaller, with this deal offered, but they are big and were cooked perfectly both times we've ordered. We also ordered spaghetti and meatballs with one order and it was very good. The location may be a bit challenging for the business as it's not getting a lot of walking or drive by traffic but it's worth being a destination.

Ordered takeout so can't speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. Got a cheese pizza, a sausage and pepper pizza, garlic bread, and curly fries. Garlic bread and curly fries were solidly good, pizza was pretty average. I'm not super picky about my pizza so I'd certainly eat it again, but I didn't think it was outstanding in any way. Everything got to us in a reasonable amount of time, so service was fine too.

I only chose a 3 for food due to not caring for the way their pizza sauce tastes. I like a sweeter sauce. The service, however, is not good at all. They were not very nice on the phone and were also about 30 min late with the delivery. We ordered a sheet pizza 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese, and got all Pepperoni. We had some disappointed kiddos as they are not able to eat pepperoni.

This time I got a quick lunch special which is 2 slices of whatever pizza they have, which was pepperoni and a 500ml soda. For $7.56 for the combo, you just can't go wrong.Normally we get a honey mustard chicken and Philly beef pizza which is absolutely delightful.While we have a number of pizza places in our area, I will gladly drive to East Rochester to get pizza from the Crust. The dough is different, the pizzas aren't greasy and toppings are plentiful. Well worth a little detour!
