This is what bbq means to me. The food is delish and the decor looks like it was taken off a movie set. The ribs are smoked perfectly. People ask for fall off the bone meat but all that means is the ribs are overcooked. These ribs are cooked so the meat needs to be pulled off, not too much but just enough. Did a pickup order as I had a Grubhub gift card and always wanted to try Good Smoke BBQ. I ordered a 2 meat combo and was very impressed with the portion sizes. The food was beyond delicious. Everything was perfect, in my opinion. I am not usually a fan of corn bread as it can be too dry and crumbly, but the cornbread here was the perfect texture. My ribs were tender and flavorful. The food really is delicious! They have tons of sauces that they bring to the table to try with your meal. Lots of gluten free options as well! The bar area is really nice, but there's not much ambiance in the dining area. I did have the worst margarita of my life here. Tasted like bad college memories. Would come back for the food over and over again though.
