there’s one worker in specific that I’m talking about, his name is Spencer. He is so good at his job, he deserves to own the whole Taco Bell franchise. I love him so much. I think we’re soulmates. He’s so cute. I love him.thank you Spencer for your services.

I’ve gotten food from here a few times since they opened and it is by far the worst Taco Bell location in Rochester. The food is never good and always poorly made. Extremely disappointing.

Really wish they would actually adhere to the posted hours. Tried to grab breakfast before work and was told at 7:15 that they aren't open, I replied with "your website says 7.." "yea, we got a late start". As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years, the combination of not following posted hours, continuously messing up food and taking forever to make a single burrito is unacceptable and gives me little faith that this location will last.

I am honestly so disappointed in this restaurant! They do not have the online ordering turned on to order for pick up or delivery on the Taco Bell app! This has been like this for MONTHS!I went once to the drive thru and will never do it again, way over priced when I could have ordered on the app and saved so much money and time! You lost my business until the app is turned on for pick up ordering!

Y'all need to remember to close up the taco and the wrapper before bagging. My order was cold but the time I got home and there were tomatoes spilled in the bag because the tacos weren't properly secured

Just a late night quick stop for some grub. Taco Bell is Taco Bell basic as it gets.

Last night, March 17th at 1:30am, I went through the drive-through and waited 30 minutes in line. Once I finally got to the order station the clock strikes 2 and all the lights went out, I said "hello" into the mic once, and 3 employees one after the other in succession said we are closed. I told them I've been in line for 30 minutes, and another employee came on and yelled, "THAT SUCKS!" This isn't my first time to this location, and I've had an issue every time this for me was the final straw and extremely unprofessional.

I did drive thru around noon on a Sunday, and the was no line, service was good, food was piping hot and delicious.I took a star off the service just because it was a little slow (like they weren't expecting anyone), but they were polite, and it was only a minute or two wait.As for atmosphere, it's just a taco bell, but I wasn't even sure it was open, looking at it from outside...

I was on the other side of Monroe County when I put my order into the app figuring that would be plenty of time to get my order ready. Turns out, I was wrong. I went into the restaurant and after waiting an additional 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me I tell them I have a mobile order to which (I'm guessing) the manager had to tell someone to look at the mobile orders. So, my order hadn't even been started yet! Then, she had to tell another person to pay attention to the front counter. I have never, ever seen employees move so SLOWLY at a fast food restaurant, especially during a lunch rush! Then I see employees outside smoking, and having a grand, old time. This is such a disappointment considering I live a bout a minute from this place.

X in the drive through is one of the nicest and most down to earth people I have ever met, we got to talking a bit about the new pizza spot across the street while I was waiting for my food and he really does deserve recognition for his care for the customer. This is a good man.

Little to no meat on Dorito Locos Tacos. Waited well over 15 minutes behind only two cara in the drivethru, horrendous service.
