Terrible service from this person 4/21/24 12:25pm! this lady just rolled her eyes because I wanted a panini, probably too elaborated for her , she just walked away murmuring under her mask and after a LOT of minutes and others trying to help me, she came back with the wrong beverage and left me standing there and when I asked for my sandwich, she started again with her bad actitud and complaining with a regular customer about how some people demand fast service, I didn’t want to create a scene there, then I left the place and thought why new costumers need to go through this, I drive by this shop many time but never stopped and after this I definitely won’t again, just because this bad experience.

Super expensive. Chicken salad on rye w bacon. The sandwich was not bad though the (burnt crumbled) bacon was an Xtra 2.50. A cookie was 5.00. Sandwich, a cookie and a small bag of chocolate pretzels was 23.00.

This place used to always have quality food. Fresh everything. Now since they switched management, I cannot stress enough, how often i am disgusted by what they serve me.I try to stick to the basics now because obviously the more “extravagant” sandwiches are too difficult.That being said, Saturday morning I went in and ordered a PLAIN BAGEL WITH PLAIN CREAM CHEESE. I started eating my food, got to the end of the sandwich and noticed MOLDY CREAM CHEESE. disgusting. One of the most frequently ordered items and there was mold. Leads me to believe they don’t clean out their bowls and just pile fresh cream cheese on top of old cream cheese and I happened to get the old stuff.Absolutely repulsive and cheap on the owners part. Shame on the coworkers for allowing and serving food that’s spoiled.I will never go back.

We used to come here regularly. Their bagels were ok. They messed up our order a couple of times. We didn’t realize it until we were at home that it was not what we ordered. Until one day we just decided to never come back when they messed up our order that we needed to come back for them to fix it. they gave us the bagel that they said they’ve fixed. We went to our car, not leaving the parking lot, checked the bagel, it was wrong again. Came back. They apologized. Gave us another one. We unwrapped it in front of them and voila! Wrong again. Third time they gave us the correct one (finally!) and offered us to keep the one they messed up before. We politely declined. Enough said. That was the last time we were at Bagel Gourmet. There were other bagel shops in the area that wouldn’t mess up our orders, so no more wasting time ordering from there.
