We had a wonderful time at West Rose for our first dinner out upon arriving in Ellicottville. What a perfect spot! This is a great complement to the usual bars and grills around town. I would definitely go back for date night. Decent amount of vegetarian options on the menu. The cauliflower was solid, as was the hummus. Mushroom pizza was good. Would definitely return.
