“The food was as expected. Service, however, could improve. I ordered via app. Even though my order was ready, they didn't bother calling it out. No display indicating whether orders are done. I ended up standing by the counter for more than 15 minutes.“
“It has been a while since I've had Popeyes. The food had awesome flavor. But, the chicken had a lot of broken bones, making it hard to eat. I had to pick bones out every few bites. The store was clean and the staff was courteous and quick. The order was ready in no time. Staff was keeping the dining area clean. It was quiet and no one seemed to be rushing me which contrast some stores in Manhattan have visited. I would return to this store.“
