“First I’ll start by saying I lay in bed at night and think about the giant pretzels. If they are ever taken off the menu I will be devastated. I’m so glad this bar/restaurant is now a staple in our community, in a building refurbished. I grew up in Elmira, moved away for 20 years and just moved back and luckily live right up the road. When anyone asks for a place for lunch or dinner this is my suggestion. In addition to the good food and atmosphere, for my place of work, I worked with Barb recently - planning a small business event and she was incredible to work with. Our event turned out so nice, the food was delicious, the bartenders we had went above and beyond taking care of us that evening - so much that we are planning another small event in January. I highly recommend Ill Eagle for lunch, dinner or special events. And special thanks to Barb for being so great to work with on those special events. ✨”

Parking: If weather is inclement, a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the front door

And their cones are massive !!!
They have a couple of pops for smaller kids and albeit expensive they are very tasty.
I recommend trying the vanilla cone with cherry dip because that’s what most people were ordering.
Since it was our first time here I had their green apple and caramel cone.
Very unique taste in soft cones.”

“Good atmosphere. Was a busy brunch crowd but we were sat quickly. Delicious bloody Mary’s! Menu had a variety of selections but They were sold out of the quiche. Food was good. They have a great outdoor seating area that would be enjoyable during the summer months.

“My baby shower was this past weekend and I can’t even describe my reaction when I first saw the cake Lisa made! The cake went WAY BEYOND my expectations and it was the perfect amount for 70 people. She executed my vision perfectly and is SO talented!! Lisa also included a gluten free carrot cake portion that was a nice surprise and so thoughtful! Everyone thought the cake was SO delicious. “First time coming to Elmira New York. We had no idea the food was so delicious here. We stopped in to this cute little mom and pop shop pizza place and everything looked so good that we couldn't choose just one thing. The owner treated us like family and made these out of owners feel like they were home. The mozerrela sticks were the best we've ever had, thick, ooey gooey cheese, perfectly crispy and fresh delicious dipping sauce. We couldn't decide if we liked the garlic, sausage, or Supreme pizza better. Just get them all! The hot wings and BBQ wings were 💣! We feel like we made a lifelong friend and new favorite spot to bring the family. The owner you can tell truly loves the people that come in and puts love into his food as well.”

Parking: There is parking right there in there lot.

Parking: Plenty of spots. ?? Next they seal or retar they should widen the spots. Trucks today are forced to use 2 spots with e tended cabs & truck beds. Plus vehicles are wider todsy.

“The first restaurant I ever ate at that I left hungry. My friends and I go on my days off. I had not eaten all day. It is the only place that I can get liver and onions. The cook always does an amazing job. Just right, not tough. I'll recommend you every time for quality. I politely asked my server if I could order extra meat. I said I would GLADLY pay more if I could be accommodated. I was flatly told that she didn't see how that was possible, she couldn't see how she could bill for it. I was offered an extra salad if I was that hungry. My request was not forwarded to her supervisor or owner. This was on a Friday night and the place smelled amazing! I was there for the meat and my stomach was rumbling. I wasn't even offered the option to purchase two meals! I payed my bill, four adults and deserts. It was over $121.00. I left angry with myself that I barely tipped 10%. I am a generous tipper. Usually over 20%. Really! You let me leave there still hungry?”

“The manager, John Lynch is very personable. On the weekends we make visits to Panera and he is very gracious and happy to see us. The facility is always clean and welcoming. We have been to other Panera locations but nothing compares to the tight ship John Lynch runs and does it in a matter that he is respected by his employees. Panera is fortunate to have him.”

“The choices of food are great but portion size could be a bit larger. I noticed any pasta is a smaller size at lunch time than dinner time. A few years ago my husband ordered chicken and shrimp alfredo and the shrimp and chicken were undercooked and raw. It's not our place of choice but we had gift cards and used them.”
