“Service at lunchtime Wednesday was super fast. Food was served warm and presented well. My friend got a different soup than she ordered, and this was fixed quickly and kindly. We were a group of twelve and servers checked on us twice to make sure we had everything we needed.I am following Noom and was able to order turkey chili, 350 calories, and an apple instead of bread. “Easily my favorite Vegan restaurant/Cafe in the Rochester area. The staff is super friendly and if they mess anything up they will fix it. The atmosphere is great a nice and cozy place to sit in and eat. The baked good are to die for as well as their specialty sandwiches. I recommend this to anyone in the area vegan or not. Food is easily the best I've eaten.“
“Fantastic. Cozy place off of five mile line rd. Good sized parking lot in the back. We had the stuffed French toast(delicious) and the weekend special jerk chicken breakfast bowl(also delicious). They used a sturdy bread for the French toast so it still had some structure when biting into it. The jerk breakfast bowl came with potatoes, peppers and onions, 2 eggs any way, chicken and jerk sauce. It was so flavorful and great sized portion. The staff was very friendly and personable. Especially Andre. We will definitely be back!“

Is my understanding of what a flat white is non-universal?So-so Almond croissant warmed in the microwave wasn't awesome either.“
“We recently adopted sweet Zsa Zsa from the Lazy Cat Lounge and Cafe. Everytime we walked by the place we have to stop and see all the kitties! I wish we could adopt them all! We had a great experience there! Everyone was so friendly! We found the perfect cat for us!“

Their soups are delicious, which isn't something I say often when going out to eat (soups are usually made too salty for my taste). “Friendly helpful staff, great assortment of coffee. I only drink decaf and there were at least 10 flavors of whole bean to choose from! They grind it for you or you can bring home to grind. They had bagels and muffins as well as mugs, coffee press etc to purchase. Highly recommend.“

“We were blown away by the much needed renovations to the very tired looking Starry Nights! The space is now so beautiful with so much natural light and a really inviting ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful with selecting menu options. We got two breakfast sandwiches, a pumpkin latte and a lavender fennel latte. We were given a pager for our food and our drinks were brought to our table. The process was easy and quick. Everything was SO delicious! The restaurant followed covid protocols making the experience even better. Staff constantly cleaned up after patrons, sanitizer provided, tables were properly distanced, and the bathrooms were gorgeous! We are so excited to continue to visit Matilda and eat and drink our way through the menu.“

“Stopped by for a late dinner on a Friday night. Only open until 9PM so don't plan on coming too late. Nice spot right by the lake. Modern, very clean interior. You can tell this place is well run. The food was solid, I got the "monster" fish fry and it was 2 huge beer battered pieces of fish. Wifey got the past special, Tuscan something or other... it was really good, the Alfredo sauce it came is was delicious. The waitress was nice and attentive. Definitely recommend.“

“We were traveling on Interstate 90 and checking the internet for a lunch spot. Found Main St. Cafe 10-15 minutes off the freeway. WORTH IT! We got two hot panini sandwiches, “The Kat” and “The Luna.” Both were thinly shaved steak sandwiches with lots of other good stuff added (especially the melted cheese). Quick service. Definitely worth the short trip off the freeway past the “chain” restaurants.“

We didn't plan to have lunch while we visited the museum but after reading the eclectic menu for this restaurant we couldn't resist trying it and we weren't disappointed. Had a chicken sandwich that was a daily special along with their house chips and a pickled egg. All of the food was outstanding and full of flavor. Also had a stuffed cookie which was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“
“I have been going to Pearson's for several years (most of that time it went by Glenn Edith's).The coffee is great, and the atmosphere is quieter than other nearby coffee shops.I really like the design and decor of both the downstairs and upstairs (downstairs is more active, upstairs in quiet).Service is fast and friendly.They have an upstairs that is a great space for working.I wish they had more gluten-free options (why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5). They used to have a better gluten-free selection before the renovation & conversion into Pearson's.Parking is occasionally a challenge as they only have 4 or 5 spots, the nearby parking lot is only for the nearby shopping center, and street parking makes for a bit of a walk. That said, if you are only there for a few minutes you "shouldn't" have a problem parking in the shopping center parking lot.“
“I am a sucker for a good bakery and this one fit the bill. I had the best matcha latte EVER! It was made with organic coconut syrup. I grabbed a loaf of homemade sourdough, which was delicious. We made bruschetta with it at home. The place was bustling with people. It's obviously a popular spot. They had many breads and baked goods. The menu is brimming with delicious choices and beverages. I can't wait to go back and try a sandwich. They carry local kombucha from Katbucha (my fav). The staff was helpful and friendly. I will surely be visiting again!“
