Pearson's continues to be a home run! The constantly refreshed menu invites one to venture out of their comfort zone to try something new, or get to know a new take on an old favorite. I've been a big fan of their pork offerings--and the new Banh Meow sandwich does NOT disappoint. Good coffee, very nice employee's. Downstairs is pretty busy great for catching up with friends/family & upstairs has a lot of space for studying and much quieter area. I love the updates!
