“This is a great little place that I had no idea existed. It’s in the lower level of the old green lantern or Mr. Dominic’s restaurant as I remember. Cozy atmosphere great selection of wine and beer with excellent service and some light snacks and charcuterie definitely recommended for a pre-dinner cocktail.“
“If you're looking for Great food and Excellent Service in the Rochester N.Y. Area. Be sure to check out McArtle's, a family owned restaurant in the Fairborn area. They make excellent cocktails and we enjoyed a delicious dinner of Prime Rib and Beef tenderloins with bay scallops. The service is great and John the owner, personally delivered our food and did a follow up to make sure everything was first rate. They have a robot server named "Rosie" that assists the servers by bringing your food to the table for your server to serve you. This works great as it allows the server to spend more time serving the customers and avoids those large trays that clutter up the aisle ways in some restaurants. It's also a great conversation piece and it shows off the food as it passes your table. Everything looks great. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and the beef tenderloin was so tender you didn't need a knife. The Chicken French was also very good. The Haddock was perfectly cooked and they went the extra mile to handle our special carrots request. Our party of seven were very pleased. The also have excellent menu items for the Vegan members of the family The tall wooden booths give you the" Irish Tavern "feel while allowing you to be able to carry on a conversation at your table. The portions are generous and fairly priced. We didn't try dessert as we were comfortably full. But the desserts that went by looked yummy. Service was great, they make you feel welcome And want you to come back. (You can join their loyalty program for additional savings.) The restaurant is very accessible allowing seniors to get in easily.“
“As a chef for a fine dining restaurant, I give Edibles Restaurant a 10/10. I have not been able to eat anywhere since before March 2022 since that was the last time I was off from work to go out for dinner. I am so thrilled that I was recommended this fine establishment with the most down to earth, kind, and most hospitable team members. “We visited the restaurant with our daughter and 4 friends for Easter Brunch. The location, food and service were terrific. Service was great (always had someone at the table before our water or lattes were done), the food was worth its cost (portions were large and we all had leftovers for later in the day). Will definitely be back next time visiting our daughter in Rochester.“

The setting with some tables, a counter against the wall, draperies, photos & paintings creates an appealing ambiance to sit and chat with a bunch of friends or just sit quietly to sip and eat your meal. Anne helped me out wonderfully, managed to figure out what happened to it; and got me situated. “I attended a group Business Dinner at Lento. The service was very good. I loved the Mocktails as well as I stopped alcohol last year. The appetizers were very well presented and tasty. I ate the Calamari rings, well received. I don't recall what my entree was, yet the whole table had great reviews. Everyone was satisfied, and the waitress was always attentive and available. Lento is great for Personal and Business Dinners. I do plan to return with my family to enjoy a great experience“

“Lunch on a Fri afternoon was very good. It was leisurely because they were short a server but they let us know before seating us. We enjoyed our Chicken French and Haddock French entrees preceded by a crock of French onion soup and delicious Italian bread that tasted homemade. Will return for dinner in the future.“
“It's a nice little place, the customer service was great, but I wasn't too thrilled with the vegetarian enchiladas which absolutely had no sauce on it, very little cheese if any and only on the top not inside.The corn tortillas weren't cooked, they were just dry and the rice was just white steamed rice and there was no Mexican rice and the beans were black beans, which I was hoping for refried beans which is more authentic, from my experience.Most Mexican restaurants give you free chips and salsa with your order (hands down) but margarita charges 7+It's a bit disappointing, but it is what it is .If you really want authentic Mexican food go to a little hole in the all in sodus point off old ridge called El Rincon, it's amazing and the son has a similar one in canandaigua....I'll definitely be back to margaritas, but I'll have to try something else next time ?It was good, but it wasn't exactly authentic Mexican food, not from what I'm used to living in California and in Tennessee“
“First time there - the food is AMAZING! Some of the best food I’ve ever had. So reminiscent of El Ricon, but yet different. Huge and intriguing menu. The quesadillas are so delicious as are the sopes, & chile rellenos..the flan is creamy & caramel and the chocolate dulce de leche is sinful. If you haven’t been - GO… does not disappoint! “We have been to Lucca's Northside Kitchen a few times, and the food has always been very good. I had the "French Connection " special, which was enough for 2 meals. It had 2 pieces of Chicken French, 1 Veal French, and 4 Artichokes French. All on top of sautéed spinach and pasta. It was delicious ? My husband likes their chicken wings. Our server, Karen, was very nice. Matt, the owner is there to make sure everything is perfect.“

“Came here with a large group and ended up trying a bunch of stuff. For apps, the shrimp tostada and crab dip were alright. The salmon salad was rather simple, but the salmon was cooked very well. Everyone raves about the chicken n waffles. I had a N.A. Negroni, which is basically a 0 proof liquor, with botanicals and I was quite impressed. Service was pretty good.“

Rice and beans were so much better than your typical mexican restaurants, and their homemade hot sauce was quite tasty. Our waiter/bartender was charming and attentive.“
“I like this Branca location best. It's a nice atmosphere but also not too elite fancy. For me I enjoyed the variety of appetizers better than my entree but it was all pretty good too. The pasta had a different texture from what I'm used to but I think it was the sauce. Also our server was very nice and attentive.“

I can't speak to the midday or afternoon offerings, but the early morning experience is everything I want in a cafe: Fantastic food that demands my full attention, fresh coffee that is flavorful by itself, and enough space to find a cozy corner. It's not a surprise that this place has become part of my weekly routine, and I hope it stays that way for a long while.“
