Came in around 2pm. Service was quick and friendly so no complaints there. I got a three scoop sundae for less than $7 and it was quite good, although they ran out of peanuts ?. Leaving this place to get back on the road is a little hectic but that's not the fault of the establishment. Unfortunately for my arteries, I'll most likely be back.

the Rude short fat manager was so rude to me and my friends. kicking us out the store screaming and giving us an attuide that we came in when it was “closed” but had the door unlocked. Then proceeded to give us small scoops. I’ve been here multiple times during the day and she always does this to other customers they should definitely hire a new manager cause she has a grumpy fat life. she should be fired immediately!!! do be better dunkin’.

This has got to be the worst dunkin ever. I order a Carmel coffe with 5 shots of caramel. There's absolutely no flavor to it. People need to learn how to listen to directions.

I absolutely hated this Dunkin. The worst place I've ever been. This establishment always smells like marijuana, I have witnessed the workers pick up bags from the dirty floor, and put food in them to serve to their customers. The espresso machines are dirty and a man named Thomas told one of the workers "It's fine nobody will know what was in it before" when a worker was going to clean it after use. The workers are extremely rude and I find it extremely disgusting how dirty the floors are, it looks like the establishment has never been cleaned. Thomas, whom im assuming is the manager, served me caffeine instead of decaf when I asked him to remake it multiple times, and the milk in the coffee tasted old and spoiled. It felt as if I were being poisoned. I would never return back to this place and I don't suggest anybody should.

This Dunkin is great. Super quick service, always get my order right and make the coffee the right color (you know when you get a coffee and the color is off so you know it's not going to taste good). I usually always go through the drive thru and they typically have your order waiting by the time you get to the window (and that's without order ahead). What's more impressive is that it's during the morning rush but they work pretty quickly to get the line moving which is appreciated!

This is the most strangest Dunkin Donuts not only are the employees odd but that one man just started so heavily thru the window of the drive thru the little lady taking my order had the most nastiest attitude and no one here knows how to probably take care of the BOH facilities the sandwich I got tasted like the dirty uncleaned oven. If these kids can't even take care of the maintenance you've think they would know how to make a drink I mean how hard is it to mess up a matcha latte with oat milk so pathetic this place is extremely creepy and gives off horrible energy save your self the trouble and find the other 10 Dunkin's near Farmingdale 0/10 food 0/10 service -100/10 ambiance

I hate to give bad reviews because let's face it, we are all just trying to make a living but I need to provide some constructive criticism in the hope you get better. The person who served my wife and I was very nice, patient and friendly, so, thank you for that.Now you might find this trivial but my family loves a good Boston cream.We ordered 3 in the dozen. They looked delicious fluffy, good amount of chocolate, firm and not melted). However it was missing one major ingredient...the cream...We went 0 for 3.Now, I suppose next time I can ask for them to cut them in half before purchasing...but.. do I REALLY need to do that???
This locations service is unacceptable, long wait times and lack of respect and customer acknowledgment. I stood in line at baskin robbins for 10 minutes and wasn't even addressed... absolutely HEINOUS. My friend was also given a hot coffee instead of iced TWICE! Pitiful. Please do yourself and your family a favor and never step foot in this disgrace of a business.

if I could give no stars I would. the staff is extremely rude and will watch you stand there for 10 minutes before acknowledging your presence and ask what you're waiting for. I unfortunately placed my order to a different location somehow which is 100% on me but the cashier couldn't have been anymore rude than she was. She looked at my phone and with a nasty look and attitude and goes "that's not even our store" and walks away. No other communication from her. i understand the mornings are busy but to embarrass me in front of people in the lobby and to be so rude and condescending is absolutely unacceptable. I've worked in the coffee industry and would lose my job if I ever spoke to a customer like that.
