Three stars is being generous, so please keep in mind I only give 2 stars for something drastically wrong, and 1 star for racism and roaches. But really, the food is worthy of 2 stars. Service and atmosphere were fine. Prices high given quality. Have had vietnamese food hundreds of times in the US, at dozens of restaurants. No high chair. No air conditioning. Blend broth. Small portion, small even for a woman. When you exclude one ingredient, you are just missing it. The chef would not add more ingredient that you ordered. Not coming back..Kid-friendliness: No high chair.

Took the family out for their first PHO dinner and this location was just average. The food was overpriced but tasted decent. The servers would have rather been home on the couch based on their attitudes. Then after all that we were locked into a 18% tip because we had 6 people at our table yet the place was empty. I do don't recommend. My family agrees...
