Took the family out for their first PHO dinner and this location was just average. The food was overpriced but tasted decent. The servers would have rather been home on the couch based on their attitudes. Then after all that we were locked into a 18% tip because we had 6 people at our table yet the place was empty. I do don't recommend. My family agrees...

The pho here is not good, the broth does not taste the way that it should. The food is overpriced. The service is sub par. The spring rolls and water were the best things on the menu.

Have been there many times but this last time, about a month ago, was very disappointing. No more waitstaff, you order off of an qr code website. Good luck even getting a refill on your water. The food used to be much better as well.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I hate to be that person but I will say the ONE star goes to the spring rolls because that was the only thing I enjoyed in this meal. I ordered the shrimp vermicelli and I'm usually pretty picky with shrimp, from the first bite I took, it tasted funny. I took another bite and realized it was freezer burnt. I immediately got sick from it as soon as I left the restaurant. The prices were more expensive than authentic Vietnamese restaurants than I've been to and unfortunately, it didn't taste authentic at all. Sorry but not a fan of the rolling spring roll.

Ordered take out from here and it definitely lacked authenticity. Very pricey for what the quality of the food was. Probably wouldn’t come back.

As always we ordered the vegetable Pho and it did not disappoint ! Amazing! Unfortunately sick so couldn't eat in but ordered takeout and it was still really really good!!

We'd eaten here before a few times and the food was ok, but this most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The food was lacking in authenticity and flavor. I'm not sure if they changed chefs or owners, but it is definitely not what it used to be and not worth the premium you pay for Vietnamese food on Long Island. Sad to say, but we would rather travel to Manhattan than eat here again.
