Great entertainment-the club has been largely rebuilt by new ownership, with sound system upgrades, air conditioning, and just long neglected maintenance overall. The espresso service in the morning is great, and the entertainment in the club is great, featuring nationally recognized acts: Paula Poundstone, Patti Lupone, Joey Arias, etc. The Friday night Underwear Party is the biggest and most successful ongoing event in all the surrounding communities.
The Cherry Grove Beach Hotel is a hotel. The Ice Palace is a bar/nightclub recently acquired (after decades of mismanagement) by Daniel Nardicio, a seasoned promoter and producer of the decades- long Underwear Party in the same location. He has refurbished the physical space, and brought in a lot of nationally recognized entertainment talent.
