I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks. I ordered a venti medicine ball and a grande mocha. There was a mistake with my order and I got two grandes. I told the barista there was a mistake and she told me she’d fix it, While she was fixing what I originally ordered another barista came to the window and asked me to pay for the difference of the drink. I normally wouldn’t have an issue paying the difference, but he was rude about it. This is the second time that I have been there and the barista is rude. I will not be going back to this Starbucks.

Just OK. The iced coffee was kind of bitter, and they charged a huge amount for any dairy or flavor, still a bit bitter. Definitely not a high end coffee shop at all.

Perfectly “okay” Starbucks location. As others have mentioned, something needs to be done about the drive-thru situation. Given the narrowness of the parking lot and the adjacent businesses, a wait times for the drive thru add up quickly. On an early morning or weekend afternoon, you can be sitting there for what feels like an eternity.Personally, I’ve never had any issues with my drinks here, but be warned that since this location sits at the crossroads of some major roadways, prices are slightly elevated. Overall though, this location is neither here no there in terms of quality.

Wanted to try Starbucks for a holiday coffee and to get a free coffee cup. Didn't work out so well they had nothing sugar free in a holiday blend. I opted for a green tea instead. While waiting for my order the 5 people in front of me each got a free cup with their order, when my order was up I asked if I could also have a cup " no they are only for holiday drinks" and a walk away! I do not believe the 5 patrons all had a holiday drink, but I could be mistaken! Also there were other customers there who just took a cup and left, with employees paying them no mind. Not sure it would have broke the bank for them to give me a mug. it would also be nice to have the holiday coffees sugar and dairy free! I was a fan of Starbucks then not so much, I thought I would give y'all another try sorry I did!

The girl working the drive thru (I think her name was Chelsea) is extremely rude & unkind. I normally don’t write reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had a Starbucks.
