This is my local store and the staff are always so kind and patient. They are always slammed since it's a high traffic area and they still remake drinks with kindness and are gentle. I don't know how they do it! Great people.

Perfectly “okay” Starbucks location. As others have mentioned, something needs to be done about the drive-thru situation. Given the narrowness of the parking lot and the adjacent businesses, a wait times for the drive thru add up quickly.
