I ordered boneless ribs and vegetable fried rice. While eating, I discovered a cocker roach. When I called to complain, they could barely speak english. I doubt they have an exterminator regular.

Have been ordering on and off from Blue Sky over the years, as their quality has varied and there are other Chinese takeout in the area. Over the last year or so their spare ribs have been excellent-meaty with delicious sauce. Last week, however, we received a small order all of which was burned, actually blackened, definitely inedible. Called them and they offered to give us a discount on the next order. I asked for them to send another that night, which, although it was not burned, had ribs that were small with little meat Extremely disappointed. Also, rest of order, which was two shrimp rolls, two egg rolls and a small order of house special lo main, were very oily. Not happy at all.

Love the food... there are lots of Chinese food places around ... we settled on this one as our Go To ... Love the Garlic Chicken... Wonton Soup is awesome.. Dumplings Awesome... Beef Lo-Mein... and I like the Sesame Chicken! Out of about 200 meals from here in the last few years.. only twice have we not ate everything.. maybe a bad night for them... we get like $50-60 for the two of us and have the leftovers happily. Ribs are AWESOME. Sometimes they are overcooked.. most of the time.. they are Perfect! We do not look at other places now. This is our place. I don't know about the staff and people who report bad things about them... They are a business... bring cash... be clear and understand they are usually busy.. Lady in front is direct but a nice person. She is busy. Order.. Pay.. Collect food.. All is good )

I don't live far from this place. It replaced long running Golden Star whose owner left due to lack of business (ethnic makeup of area changes). The former was excellent but this place well it's better than nothing. I tried it a few times and it was strictly a hit or miss affair with more the latter. Most of the staff hardly pleasant. I'd rate it "Fair" at best. For those who drive there are much better choices around the area. If one does not well it's better than nothing!
