The Dunhuang beef noodles I had today, the beef had the aroma of beef, and the radish and noodles were cooked just right, just right. The soup is good, no MSG added.There was too little coriander, no green garlic, and the spicy pepper had no fresh aroma. The dots are capillary, as if they are from second to third fine.
The beef noodle soup was really good and hot the spot, beef was nice and tender and the broth was not too salty. Zha jiang noodles were fine. Big portions for the price you get, I feel like you get your moneys worth and then some. The atmosphere is not fancy, it’s bare bones but that’s where you gotta go to get good food in Flushing. Service was great, got seated immediately and food came out super fast. Would definitely come back here to try more.

The Lan Zhou hand pulled soup noodle perfect on a cold day. Noodles are super long and bouncy and soup is very flavorful. Was able to try a few other dishes on the menu as well and they were also great. All the lamb/muttondishes were very tender and seasoned well (on the bone and skewers), not gamey at all.
