The staff is very rude. I never experienced such bad customer service. My daughter and I placed our breakfast order, and used my rewards points. Something happened with the register and my order was voided. The cashier refused to replace my order and her boss came over and retook my order. Since something happened to their register, I lost my rewards points. When I explained that they used my rewards points in the previous transaction, the man was rude, dismissing me and rushing me to pay. He didn’t want to hear it. We didn’t get our Matcha green tea for a long time. When I asked how much longer to get our drinks, the older woman tried to give me someone else’s drink that looked like it was sitting there for a while, without the whipped cream. I asked the employee to make me my drink. The employee walked away, told her boss to shut up and refused to make the drink. I had to demand they make my drink. Overall, it ruined my mood and my child was confused and frustrated. Another young lady asked about the status of her coffee, the employee pointed to a medium cup. The customer said she ordered a large size, the employee said, it’s your problem, you ordered this size.I felt clear antisemitism. Super unacceptable service. We frequent this location daily, and unless management retrains them, I am not going back.

Worst Dunkin I been too in nyc, literally my coffee was salty af, I think they put salt in my coffee and the worst hash browns I've gotten, I never had dry and old hash browns and I noticed they don't make it fresh. There's a while bunch of bags in the heater ready to go.

When they get the order right, it’s great. But when they get it wrong especially when you redeemed points off the app, it is appalling.
The menu at this location is strictly kosher. The problem is that the area is diverse and a full menu should be available for all customers. I won't patronize the location again.

Man it was awesome ?.Just went for some comfort breakfast b4 the first 2 midterms of the year and I did not regret it! I got a vanilla donut with sprinkles and a hot chocolate, my friend got a ice coffee with a caramel, extra milk, and whipped cream. Tastes awesome.
