The staff is very rude. I never experienced such bad customer service. My daughter and I placed our breakfast order, and used my rewards points. Something happened with the register and my order was voided. The cashier refused to replace my order and her boss came over and retook my order. Since something happened to their register, I lost my rewards points. Worst Dunkin I been too in nyc, literally my coffee was salty af, I think they put salt in my coffee and the worst hash browns I've gotten, I never had dry and old hash browns and I noticed they don't make it fresh. There's a while bunch of bags in the heater ready to go.

The menu at this location is strictly kosher. The problem is that the area is diverse and a full menu should be available for all customers. I won't patronize the location again.
