After providing service, the customer must repay the customer with a tip, but the business operating system is somehow inconvenient because many customers are suspicious of asking for a tip first.
they are disrespectful, they dont understand when you talk to them. the worst dunkin ever. i normally buy a small drink but i saw that they fill the WHOLE cup with ice. then when you ask for little or no ice they charge you extra which is one dollar ! even if you ask for ice on the side they charge 2.75!!!! i know this is not allowed because i went on the app and realized that they dont charge extra.

Not sure why this place gets so many negative reviews. I always ordered my food through the app and my order is done super fast. If they don’t have something they will tell you when you get there and you can choose alternatives.
