I ordered my drink from the self-order screen, I got charged (processing at that time). But my order didnt showed up on the screen, so i showed my bank app transaction details. The cashier lady about to make my drink but then got distracted by orher customers, when she got backt o me her coworkers asked her to ask her manager, a bigger lady with glasses.
