I go there to bring my little niece to the playground, theres always big kids (teenagers) inside the playground and don't allow little kids to play there, I think someone should be I'm charged and do/say something about

The guy in the blue shirt is usually the manager? If so, this guy has the worst attitude ever!! i took my son there all the time, last time we accidentally order drive thru instead of pick up at counter, first he told me there's no such order, then I asked him what should I do, he told me "I dont know"! And this is not the first time i saw him handling problems this way! The other staff came over and said he found my order and will give to us! I will keep writing complaint letter until McDonald give me an answer!!

What can you say about McDonald's...its McDonald's!. They owe me soo much money from all these years (forgetting it all the time), employees are like robots and are not much as attentive. But this is normal in fast food. Just gotta make sure I check contents inside the bag before driving off the drive thru. And I can't blame the employees, but myself for not checking my items. Lol
