What can you say about McDonald's...its McDonald's!. They owe me soo much money from all these years (forgetting it all the time), employees are like robots and are not much as attentive. But this is normal in fast food. Just gotta make sure I check contents inside the bag before driving off the drive thru. And I can't blame the employees, but myself for not checking my items. Lol
I ordered a Happy Meal with the Squishallows toy option through the mobile app. However, upon picking it up, I discovered there was no toy. When I inquired with the cashier, she simply replied, 'We don't have it,' and that was the end of it , no alternation. It's frustrating since, let's be honest, about 99% of kids want a Happy Meal for the toys.
