Lady in the purple sweater was very rude. I asked to scan my rewards & she is going to slam the scanner in front of me…Overly toasted my food as if I asked for it…This specific location also never participates in the deals and coupons that Subway promotes. Quite lame.

I didn't get same sandwich i ordered. Bread was completely different.
Went in asking to use the bathroom and was refused even after presenting medical documentation of my disability (IBS). NY state has a law allowing use of private business restrooms for those with my condition and is also protected under the ADA of 1990 yet the business refuses to acknowledge the laws. Will be reporting to the proper authorities for non compliance.

I came to actually meet a client but the staff was so attentive without being overbearing that I decided I have lunch. Same ole reliable Subways fare but a cozy comfy atmosphere
